Fate and Gender: Soul and Disembodied Spirits vs. Brain

Share Button

Neuroscientists study male and female brains to determine distinct differences but thus far arrive at no concrete conclusions.

We’re not surprised, since our findings show that, aside from biological gender, there are two distinct factors that affect how a person feels about his or her gender.

Soul Experiences Influence How One Views His or Her Gender

The soul has a lot to do with how a person views his or her gender. Putting aside the skepticism of the soul being eternal and having multiple lifetimes, consider that the theory of reincarnation has yet to be invalidated.

Our findings show that souls traverse through scores of lifetimes as male and female, and it’s common for a soul to have had far more lifetimes as one biological gender than the other.

Jackie, a 35 year-old woman whose assertiveness and drive reflect a distinct masculinity, within a potent femininity, has always found her expected female gender role a challenge. She recently experienced past life regression therapy and perceived her last dozen or more lifetimes in male bodies. We’ve seen this pattern often with gays, lesbians, and people who don’t feel comfortable with their expected gender.

Consequently, she genuinely feels like she’s a male in a female’s body, considering the body is only a temporary vehicle for the soul. It should be noted that Jackie is perfectly sane, completely lacks any psychological issues, avoids making unreasonable demands related to her situation, is exceedingly intelligent, and is an upstanding and honorable citizen. Sadly, this won’t stop some people, who don’t understand the issue, from criticizing her for being true to herself.

Although specific memory recall of past lives isn’t common, everyone carries forward feelings, fears, defenses, and energetic patterns from past lives, including sexual identity.

Jackie isn’t crazy, she’s just more aware of her spiritual heritage than most, tapping into her many past lives as a male, and simply hasn’t yet become comfortable with her female biological identity.

Additionally, on the other side, gender roles aren’t as defined because all souls there understand they can incarnate as male or female. In heaven, you’re a soul in between physical lifetimes in which you play out your dramas and lessons, and sometimes your biological gender plays an important part. So for some people who are extremely spiritually sensitive and other-dimensional (i.e., half on the other side much of the time), gender can be confusing because on the other side, they are both genders and neither.

There’s a lot of conflict generated by gender issues, and perhaps viewing the issue through a different lens may help circumstances.

Disembodied Souls Influencing Gender Sentiment

Another factor related to how a person views his or her gender, besides the often-touted “psychological issues” (and in some cases, it may be psychological) is disembodied souls influencing a person’s perception.

You’re never alone. There are always energetic forces, some positive, some dark and negative, around you. Stress, excessive alcohol or drug use, severe illness, or traumatic experiences like abuse can pry open your energetic field and make you susceptible to hitchhikers jumping on board. This means you may become host to hidden spiritual parasites, though protection prayers and Spiritual Detox sessions can help with their removal. If those energetic parasites remain on board, they can influence your thinking, especially if you’re more susceptible than average. This problem is tricky because most people don’t believe in or know about such a concept, and the harmful energies can be deeply hidden.

For example, Shirley, as a young girl, suffered an illness that required hospitalization and during that time, unknowingly took on a male disembodied soul. Shirley grew up with this entity firmly embedded in her energetic field and mistook its impressions and thoughts as her own, including the male disembodied soul’s sexual desires. The heterosexual male disembodied soul undermined Shirley’s sexual orientation because she’s highly sensitive and easily influenced. Shirley tells her family she wants to be called “James,” and identifies as the male gender.

It may be that Shirley was destined to be homosexual, this was part of the reason it was attracted to her (like attracts like), and the disembodied soul’s influence on her was part of her path. We believe such momentous life experiences, if she did in fact have a disembodied soul on board, aren’t chance.

A person identifying as a different gender makes more sense when you consider past life influences and the impact of disembodied souls on spiritually sensitive individuals. Not all people who identify as the opposite gender of their birth do so for one or both of these reasons, but we estimate that a large portion of them do.

This Will Make You Rethink The Power Of Prayer

Share Button

Relatively young Hollywood director Kevin Smith had a brush with death earlier this year; a massive heart attack almost did him in. Fortunately, he’s still with us, and the health crisis puts the spotlight on the notion of prayer.

Another Hollywood star, openly Christian Chris Pratt, star of Guardians of the Galaxy, wrote on Twitter, addressing Kevin Smith, “Praying for you. I will continue to. You inspired me with Clerks when I was a senior in HS…”

Not surprisingly, Chris Pratt received public criticism after the tweet from those who doubt the power of prayer.

One of his followers commented, “WTF is praying going to do? Wise up! He’s in hospital, science is the best place for him, diet change and exercise. Not random thoughts by you or anyone else.”

It’s hip these days to openly condemn prayer and religion. Conventional wisdom dictates that prayer is only for the naive and unsophisticated, right?

Not so fast.

The Near Death Experience Research Foundation (NDERF) possesses the largest collection of NDE’s in the world—over 4000 in more than 23 languages.

Contrary to modern scientific thought, and the opinions of contemporary sophisticates who shun anything spiritual, the massive body of empirical evidence on NDE’s suggests the power of prayer is real.

Jean K NDE 4964, had a near death experience during a severe case of bronchitis. On the other side she saw, “…tiny trails of blue, pink and green lights traveling across the expanse of darkness toward the Great Light.” She wondered what they were, and like other NDEs, instantly had the answer to her question: they were prayers from people seeking the Light. The larger white light trails moving outward from the Light were answers to prayers.

Others who have experienced a NDE have witnessed the same phenomenon. It suggests that thoughts, and especially emotions, are energetically charged and can influence other people. Asking for help from whomever you pray to can make it more powerful.

Surely you’ve experienced the circumstance where you’re in a room full of people and you feel someone’s eyes on you, and either positive or negative “vibes.” Extremes are easier to identify, like the invisible poison darts being directed at you from a secret enemy.

It’s the same way with prayer—your uplifting energy can positively affect other people, no matter the distance between you.

While we’ve always said you can’t cheat personal fate, we firmly encourage you to work with fate, such as with prayer, faith, and gratitude—three of the most powerful tools at the mystic’s disposal. You can use these spiritual tactics to make the most of your life, within the framework of your predestination.

You don’t have to be Christian or religious to benefit from the power of prayer. Prayer and other spiritual practices have existed long before Christianity.

Alternatively, curses, hexes, and negative thoughts toward another can be harmful, and the person doing them generates bad karma. Besides all actions, everything you intend and emotionalize affects your karmic balance sheet. Harshly condemn or censor someone’s spirituality on a public forum or elsewhere? You may have just set yourself up for the same experience somewhere down the line, even if it’s lifetimes from now.

Guardians of the Galaxy director, James Gunn, commented, “I’m not tweeting this to defend Chris…but for me, personally, prayer and meditation are great boons to my life and help me navigate my way through this world, and I don’t want to dissuade others who find those things useful.”

We agree. Even if you’ve sold your soul to dark forces and are too far gone in this lifetime to begin to recover, your guides and angels of the Light on the other side are always waiting for you to ask for help.

Call out to guides and angels of the Light to help you with current and future situations. Ask for help and “the next step.” Repeatedly express gratitude for the outcome you desire, and know that help is on the way. Although you can’t erase karma and personal fate, you sure can make it a lot easier to manage.

Also, by asking for help from those of the Light on the other side, you repel dark energy.

Others may laugh at you for praying or asking for help from those of the Light on the other side. But they will eventually see, even if it’s not until they get to the other side, the power in prayer.

Make regular use of protection prayers and spiritual detox scripts to clear and protect yourself from lost souls and dark energy. We offer a free Spiritual Detox script on our site, the same one we use on a regular basis. https://spiritualgrowthnow.com/script/

Demonic Possession Theory Will Make You Rethink Schizophrenia

Share Button

The idea associating schizophrenia with demonic possession is very controversial; modern scientific thought rejects the spiritual.

One researcher is swimming upstream against the conventional current and believes there’s a viable connection between evil spirits and mental disorders.

Turkish researcher M. Kemal Irmak contends in his research paper “Schizophrenia or Possession?” that demons, “have the power to possess humans and control their body” and that mental disorders, including hallucinations can be caused by demons.

Imagine the uproar of the established scientific community in learning about this research paper, published in an actual scientific journal. Anything supernatural, that which you can’t see or touch is ignored or ridiculed in the science world.

We concede that schizophrenia and dissociative identity disorder may very well be a problem with the brain, as medical professionals assert. Kids who suffer abuse are vulnerable to the identity splitting into different personalities; nobody intends to make light of the disorder.

However, our findings show it’s very possible such disorders may also be due to, or made worse by spirit possession.

Sensitive and otherwise vulnerable individuals are targeted in the unseen dimensions by dark energies and even demons. Abused kids, and those who abuse alcohol and use drugs are magnets for sinister forces, just as unhealthy physical bodies are more susceptible to parasites.

Time and time again, spiritual depossession work illustrates this phenomenon: an individual under attack finds relief after regular, long-term, or sometimes one session of, Light work. Some cases involve mere lost souls who are hitchhiking on the host, some involve dark spirits, and rare cases include demonic forces that cause dramatic behavioral changes.

Have you ever known someone who acts completely different under the influence of alcohol, well beyond the normal effects of excess drinking? A normally peaceful person who becomes violent when drunk, for example, is a hallmark sign of demonic possession.

In addition to psychological and brain-related personality disorders, why not consider the spiritual side of the equation too? History is replete with cultures that embraced the idea that the body, mind, and spirit are all connected.

Belief in the soul, afterlife, other dimensions, and dark forces isn’t only for the gullible, as the modern science community would have you believe. A lot of brilliant people repudiate the “if you can’t see it or touch it, it’s a myth” mentality, and you don’t have to be religious to do so. In fact the majority of the world’s population believes there is more to life than just a body and brain.

The orthodox explanation of schizophrenia dictates the young person suffering tremendous abuse results in her psychological self splitting into multiple personalities. Yet this is precisely the circumstance that allows disembodied souls or even dark energy to be attracted to and join the energy field of an individual. A telltale sign of possession in this case is the person suddenly, at times, speaking with a foreign accent, or exhibiting the persona of a completely different person. It’s amusing the medical community has no reasonable explanation for this occurrence.

Another sign of possession is the subject reacting to the suggestion of a depossession with anxiety, contempt, or even anger (perhaps this is why some in the medical field react so strongly to the idea?). The lost soul, or even demonic energy “on board” doesn’t like the idea of being forced out. What the lost soul doesn’t recognize is that if they leave the host and go to the Light, they will get everything they need. Unfortunately, many lost souls, like incarnated humans, don’t believe in the afterworld and higher planes and stay stuck in the lower dimensions.

Either philosophy—the conventional or spiritual—is difficult to prove, but those suffering from personality disorders have nothing to lose by trying a depossession, though the stronger the dark forces with the person, the more likely they will find an excuse to avoid it.

If you’re feeling depressed, angry, fearful, or having a tough time quitting bad habits and addictions, our Spiritual Detox™ MP3 and our free Spiritual Detox Script can help. https://spiritualgrowthnow.com/spiritual-detox/

Personal Fate and Behavioral Genetics

Share Button

Long-standing conventional scientific findings and modern political correctness dictate basic personality traits are due to environment, not genetics.

But advances in behavioral genetics contrast with that theory.

Steven Pinker, Johnstone Professor of Psychology at Harvard, says, “The findings of behavioral genetics have turned out to be substantial and robust, and new studies are linking genes with behavioral traits like IQ.”

He alludes to the age-old debate of fate vs. free will in explaining how behavioral genetics is frequently shunned due to its apparent, inherent lack of promise: “Behavioral genetics, the study of why people differ, has long been the most vilified subfield of psychology. Its signature findings—that all traits are partly heritable and that the variation that can’t be attributed to genes can’t be attributed to families either—are regularly denied by commentators who consider them too fatalistic…Unlike the cute but ephemeral journalist bait that comes out of many psychology labs, the findings of behavioral genetics have turned out to be substantial and robust.”

Although he goes on to suggest random accidents and luck may have a role in determining personality as well, in traits that can’t be linked to genes or family, behavioral genetics shines a light on the concept of predetermination.

Biologists may disagree, but our findings show random accidents and luck are completely absent from the forces that determine personality. Some call it genetics and chance, but we call it fate.

“We may be partial, but Fate is not.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson

Instead of subscribing to the belief of twins being genetic mirrors and that personality differences are only due to environment, we think the truth is much deeper than that.

Being twins, we find genetics without the spiritual angle incomplete. By the way, even the most “identical” twins have different fingerprints, which seems to be a curious oversight by traditional scientists.

Our findings show you’re not just a hunk of meat without a soul. As identical twins, we associate our physical and psychological differences with our unique spiritual heritages.

We may have had many lifetimes together (fellow monks in an ancient spiritual order is one that comes to mind), but we’ve also had many lifetimes apart, in very different circumstances (including on different planets–remember, there are hundreds of billions of stars out there with potentially inhabitable planets).

The reason we’ve grown apart in looks as we get older is that we believe our unique souls are shining through, representing our differences. Everyone has a unique soul, even identical twins.

It’s curious that conventional science, since the Age of Reason over three hundred years ago, denies the soul and its influence on personality, whereas scholars in ancient times didn’t.

The fact that modern technology still can’t duplicate the Great Pyramid is a bit of a wakeup call to those who discount the ancients as barbaric and primitive. So much can be learned by putting aside oftentimes uncompromising conventional thought and considering ancient tenets and philosophies.

DNA genetic coding predetermines the core of your emotional, physical, and psychological makeup. Considering the evidence from myriad past life regression cases, and documented near death experiences (NDEs), it’s a reasonable contention that personal fate is intertwined with each person’s makeup, and that there is such a thing as the soul, an afterlife, and reincarnation.

Perhaps the notion of personal responsibility, particularly pertaining to past life actions, is one of the core reasons so many people reject the theory of personal fate. It’s not easy for many to consider the theory that you, and nobody else, are responsible for your current life circumstances. Note: as we’ve always said, even the most severe life trials may not be karmic payback, but instead what the soul (not the personality) chose to experience for whatever reason, such as to help humanity avoid such situations in the future.

Hidden, spiritual factors eclipse mundane conventional scientific contentions, just as the vast universe overshadows this relatively tiny speck of a planet. Our findings show genetics and environment are part of personal karma and fate. Happily, you’re free to do as you wish, within the boundaries of your personal fate; in spirit form, before incarnating, your higher self (soul) selects your general path for each lifetime.

The Great Personal Fate Dilemma

Share Button

The conventional notion of predetermination suggests you have no control over your personal fate. However, our findings show you have complete control over it, though in a way different than you may think.

“Nothing happens at random, but everything for a reason and by necessity.”
Greek philosopher, Leucippus

An individual who knows absolutely nothing about nutrition and the adverse effect junk food has on the human body, as rare as he may be today, erroneously believes his dietary choices have zero influence on his health and longevity. In reality, his diet has much to do with his current ailments, and the problems started decades ago.

Similarly, your personal fate started in the past, albeit lifetimes ago–the boomerang effect, spiritually speaking. Good and bad deeds follow you into the afterworld, and then into subsequent lifetimes.

On the other side, your soul has a different perspective than your personality in the here and now. Your personality would never choose suffering, yet your soul selects the life experiences and themes most appropriate for soul growth (and the balancing of karma). By the way, you wouldn’t recognize pleasure if you’ve never experienced pain, and you wouldn’t recognize joy if you’ve never experienced sorrow in this human dimension of polarities.

Note: as we’ve said repeatedly, a particular rough life experience may not necessarily be personal karma, as in you are atoning for past life bad behavior. Our findings show the soul selects some life events and experiences that may not be related to karma and instead for other reasons, such as helping others avoid a similar ordeal.

Just as not knowing the origin of the road you’re on doesn’t render invalid the fact that the road leads to a specific location, not knowing the origin of your current life circumstances doesn’t invalidate predestination.

There are lots of things you can’t explain by logic—if you can’t feel it or see it, it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Taking an extreme point of view, you may decide to deny the concept of compassion because you can’t prove it, but everyone knows emotions (like many spiritual tenets) are beyond rational analysis.

The Greeks, including Leucippus, were convinced that despite the decisions you make, you’ll encounter specific, fated experiences and events in your life.

If this weren’t true, it wouldn’t be possible to delineate the general inclinations and overall themes of an individual’s personal fate, which the Greeks did masterfully. We’ve found ancient Greek astrological methodologies (and Arabic and Egyptian) to be some of the most effective and valuable in existence. Extremes are easy to identify with comprehensive astrology and numerology, and other esoteric sciences, and by those who are innately talented psychics. It’s the mediocre life events and experiences that aren’t so easy to predict.

Like the ancient seers and mystics, we believe you have free will within the framework of your personal predetermination to make the most of your life, and generate rewarding karma for your future existences.

The notion of predetermination doesn’t exempt you from personal responsibility; it makes you fully accountable, considering the laws of karma, reincarnation, and other spiritual laws. Also, you can’t have karma without reincarnation; we believe most karma is from past incarnations, instead of the “instant karma” sort that is widely embraced in today’s popular culture.

Instead of feeling threatened by the prospect of predetermination you should feel emboldened. Your personality lacks complete conscious control of your life; you can’t avoid all negative circumstances. But you aren’t at the whim of angry gods either. Your soul is in complete control and your decisions—no matter how small or secret—decide your fate. Maximize your future rewarding karma by always doing the right thing and by following the ancient Greeks’ example in embracing predetermination.

Three Stages of Mastering Divination

Share Button

Over thirty years ago we marveled at how psychics could apply astrology and other forms of divination to infer character traits and personal timing.

We began doing our own soothsaying around the same time, and today recognize a general three-stage process in becoming proficient in astrology. This also applies to numerology, tarot, runes, or any other form of divination.

The first stage involves a fascination with it, along with learning the basics. The second stage includes starting to do accurate character analysis and prediction, with many mistakes along the way. The third stage involves piercing the veil between the mundane world and the unseen dimensions, consistently accurate personality analysis and prediction, yet remaining humble because there’s always something new to learn.

It’s okay to be temporarily stuck in the first or second stage; nothing as valuable as the ability to divine the future comes easy. Those individuals who innately possess powerful raw psychic ability that allows for consistently high accuracy, without the aid of prophecy tools such as astrology, are rare.

Every other seer walks the necessary long journey; we recommend the following steps to become proficient in your craft.

1. Meditate every day. All you need is 20 minutes of good meditation each day to set yourself on the right path. In time, you’ll be so accustomed to meditating that you’ll do anything, even wake up 30 minutes early, to get your daily brain opiate release and detachment from monkey-mind fix.

2. Ask for help and guidance from your guides of the Light. Can’t seem to figure out the next best step in your divination studies, and your past or current teachers (if you’re not self-taught) don’t know the answers? See step one above, in conjunction with asking for help from your guides. You can get the direction you need through meditation and helpers of the Light on the other side. It may take a while, even years, but the information you seek will eventually appear at the doorstep of your mind if you maintain the course.

3. Ignore the cynics and skeptics, at least until you’re proficient, then you can debate them (if you choose to). In our experience, about half the people we encounter are skeptical of divination, and some are downright hostile. Tread carefully and avoid trying to convince someone of the validity of your craft; they’ve already made up their mind they don’t want to believe in it, usually with little or no research. One way we like to respond to cynics is, “I don’t believe in the type of astrology (or other metaphysical discipline) you’ve been exposed to either.” It’s often met with silence and, or confusion.

4. Remember that many other professionals, such as doctors and Wall Street pros, have about the same level of accuracy (frequently lower) as professional psychics and astrologers; we do important work too–we offer valuable perspective. Approach your craft seriously and give it the respect it deserves. Also, it’s perfectly acceptable to inquire about the subject’s related life details without having to divine completely blindfolded. Over 2000 years ago, Claudius Ptolemy, one of the early, great astrologers, said this about these topics and astrology:

“…The art of navigation, for instance, is not rejected, although it is in many points incomplete; therefore the bare fact that predictions are frequently imperfect cannot authorize the rejection of the art of prescience: the magnitude of its scope, and the faint resemblance that it bears to a divine attribute, should rather demand grateful commendations, and receive the utmost regard and attention. And, since no weakness is imputed to a physician, because he inquires into the individual habit of his patient, as well as into the nature of the disease, no imputation can justly attach to the professor of prognostication, because he combines the consideration of species, nurture, education and country, with that of the motion of the heavens: for the physician acts but reasonably, in thus considering the proper constitution of the sick person as well as his disease; so in forming predictions, it must surely be justifiably allowable to comprehend in that consideration every other thing connected with the subject in addition to the motion of the heavens, and to collect and compare with that motion all other cooperating circumstances arising elsewhere.”
Tetrabiblos, Claudius Ptolemy (translated by J.M. Ashmand)

5. The most important element in reaching the third stage is discipline. It starts with how you fuel and take care of your body. Avoid drugs, excess sugar, and alcohol, and get enough sleep and exercise. Commit yourself to your craft and work at it every day. Passion for your avocation certainly helps–there are times we’ve gone days, even weeks without a reasonable break, but it all pays off eventually.

After you learn the basics, begin doing accurate character analysis and prediction, and start to regularly access the other side for answers, the humility of realizing you’ll always be learning and encountering new and fascinating information will further elevate your expertise and make it immensely rewarding and enjoyable.

Spirituality–The Great Redemption Dilemma

Share Button

The debate about whether or not it’s possible to wipe out karmic debts rages on. The Oxford Dictionary defines redemption as “…the action of saving or being saved from sin, error, or evil…or clearing a debt.”

Everyone who has a conscience feels guilt for wrongdoing. Sometimes the wrongdoing can be avoided, sometimes not. The question is, can you be redeemed in this life so you don’t have to face the consequences in a future life.

Our findings show, it depends.

A covert operator has killed dozens of targets, all sanctioned by her government, and all bad people who intended harm to her fellow citizens. Like many in her position, sometimes she feels guilt and she considers if she’ll be forced to pay a karmic price for the killings.

The operator mentioned above might be innocent of wrongdoing since she’s just doing her job. If she saves countless lives in the process, then she can be confident she’s probably not incurring negative karma.

However, she may be directed by a rogue bureaucrat to assassinate a subject that doesn’t pose a threat to her country, a completely unnecessary hit that will merely enable the corrupt bureaucrat to amass more power in his organization. She knows truth of the matter, hesitates, and yet goes through with it anyway because she would rather avoid immediate blowback, including being demoted or even fired.

The target was innocent, and left behind many loved ones, including a spouse and young children. After the hit, the operator, who normally only suffers the same amount of work related emotional trauma as anyone else in her position, felt and still feels consumed by guilt. Has she set herself up for a future date with destiny to endure the same circumstances she inflicted on the target and his family?

It would help the operator to view this situation from the perspective of guides of the Light on the other side. According to many documented near death experiences, no matter how someone dies, it’s usually their time to leave.

In 1984, Hanoi Rocks drummer, Razzle, was killed in a drunk driving accident caused by famous rock star Vince Neil of Motley Crue. Neil was charged with vehicular manslaughter, yet escaped unharmed.

In a spiritual sense, this was simply following the predestined plan both of them established before incarnating.

It may sound cruel and unjust, but it was his time to go. Remember, this is a spiritual vantage point, the big picture, well beyond mundane understanding.

A hidden, also pre-life planned benefit is that the famous rock star potentially saved many lives by speaking to young people about drinking and driving in his post-accident community service work, along with the indirect, positive impact on those considering drinking and driving from the media circus surrounding the tragedy.

The degree of negative karma incurred by the operator and the famous rock star depends on more than one factor, including their respective karmic blueprints, along with associated guilt.

Self-forgiveness can go a long way to assuage future already-set-up circumstances. It may be that the operator and rocker now have zero karma related to their individual plights, but their associated lack of self-forgiveness forms a separate, future negative circumstance, albeit one that doesn’t involve death and tragedy.

Related to the cases above, our findings show that you can make up for a lot of negative karma by doing good deeds. It’s possible, but not always a sure thing, that if you save the life of one person, directly or indirectly, you may balance out your negative karma and become redeemed. Even though karma and predestination are complicated topics and many factors must be considered, redemption is viable.

We’ve witnessed cases in our past life empirical research where so-called atrocious acts were committed, either intentionally or unintentionally, yet no karma was incurred. In such a case, it’s because it was payback time and the closing act of a multiple life play, or there was a sort of karmic exemption that all related souls set up before incarnating.

At least partial redemption is feasible, no matter the iniquity. Practice self-forgiveness, balance negative acts with positive ones, and always do the right thing, adding rewarding karma to your spiritual balance sheet.

Near Death Experience Case Histories: What Happens When the Body Dies Part 9 of 9

Share Button

Do you believe in life after death? Or is the death of the physical body the end of the road? Many people, through a near death experience (NDE) found out what it’s like to “die,” and then came back to life to share some incredible insight.

The Near Death Experience Research Foundation (NDERF) is the largest NDE website in the world with over 4000 experiences in over 23 Languages.

Skeptics claim a NDE is just imagination or the reaction of the brain to death. The FAQ page of the NDERF site addresses this issue and many others.

We read through their case history database and are sharing what we believe are the most remarkable parts. Click on the name in the case history if you’d like to read the entire case on the NDERF site.

Karen T NDE 8250 had a NDE during surgery. Her guides told her the future of her life she was shown during her NDE would be erased from her memory because otherwise the choices she would make in life would be tainted. However, she was allowed to keep enough of the memories to, “convince my logical mind of the reality of my experience and I would be given an unmistakable sign that would be proof of where I truly had been.“

Karen’s guide took her to a huge library full of tables and books and spirits studying. Her guide told her the hall held the Book of Life as described in the Bible. She was then guided to a back room where spiritual beings were sitting around a screen in the floor where she was to watch her life review. The most important part of the review was experiencing the impact her actions and words had on others. However, as is commonly noted in NDEs, none of the spirits judged her for any negative things she did or didn’t do, and she felt so sorry about them. She said it seemed the spirits had been with her a long time and also helped to plan her life before she was born. They also showed her some future events in her life, “Some events would definitely occur and some events were possible but not definite.”

Our findings show this as well–your life includes key predestined events, along with the ability to apply your free will toward your goals, within the framework of your personal fate.

Deborah L NDE-Like 7961 had a detailed dream of her brother, who was rejected by their family before he died of AIDS. This devastated Deborah and she vowed to never speak to them again.

In the dream, her brother showed her a white marble bust without a head or arms on a pedestal. He said, “One thing that you have to understand about our cousins is that they just didn’t have it in them to be any different than they were when I was sick. Look at this bust, it has no arms. You wouldn’t expect a person without arms to play the piano or to catch a ball. It’s the same concept with our cousins and how they behaved. They didn’t have it in them to be any different.’” He told her that if she carries anger toward others in her heart, she will poison her own life. He said, “You must consider them as souls who are spiritually handicapped.”

William M NDE 4269 fell asleep at the wheel and his girlfriend died in the accident. He was overwhelmed with guilt and sadness. While still in the hospital, she visited him from the other side as “a classic ‘woman in white’ apparition.” She explained to him that he shouldn’t blame himself because it was her time to leave.

Brian T NDE 2538 had a NDE after drowning at age 10. He was born deaf, but during his NDE he was able to “hear” by communicating with guides and ancestors using telepathy, a common experience of those on the other side during a NDE.

Some people believe the soul lives on after the physical body dies. It may be difficult to fathom, but many people have visited the “other side” during a NDE and returned to share their amazing insight.

No one can prove a NDE with physical evidence, so it’s natural to be skeptical about the phenomenon. The FAQ page of the NDERF site contains helpful information, including answers to common concerns.

We read through the case history database and found what we believe are the most interesting parts to share with our readers. Click on the case history name if you’d like to read the entire case on the NDERF site.

William Si NDE 541/2043 experienced clinical death after a surgery related heart attack. During his NDE he sensed souls in the shadows and felt it was mostly due to their religious indoctrination and negative actions on Earth that caused them to believe they weren’t worthy of the Light. When they forgive themselves they will return to the Light.

William was also able to see four old friends he had had on Earth. They were all killed in a car wreck when hit by a drunk driver. The drunk driver was also there; his friends had forgiven him and, “All five of them knew and agreed that their missions on this earth ended on that particular night.”

He also mentioned that according to his religion, his four friends shouldn’t have been in heaven because they were gay. But there they were without shame or guilt. William said society and his religion had the problem, not his friends who were good people.

Karen S NDE 10058 “died” in a car accident. During her NDE, she experienced overwhelming love and acceptance from her guides. They told her about the accident and that it was her time to come home. But then she remembered her seven month-old son and panicked. She worried that his father didn’t know how to take care of him and didn’t want him raised by his father’s parents.

Her guides tried to help her understand it was her time, but she refused to accept it. Finally, a higher spirit arrived, calmed her, and allowed her to return. However, before she returned to Earth she understood that her family and friends had lessons they were meant to learn from her death that were being postponed. They would need to learn those lessons eventually.

She also saw that arrangements were made for how, where, and when her Earthly body would “die” a final time and her soul would return to the other side. But that information was erased from her memory because if she knew those details she’d focus on them too much.

Lisa M NDE 169, who died from drowning, gives a description of her entrance to the other side that is common among NDEs: “In the midst of the light, stood a male figure. It was radiating this light, and radiating this totally unearthly complete unconditional Love. I was embraced by this being, or enveloped in its light, which felt like an embrace. Suddenly I remembered this place. This was my home, the place that was really my home, and I wondered how I could’ve ever forgotten about it. I felt as though after a long, difficult journey in a foreign country I finally had come home, and the being of light who was there before me was the being that knew me better than anyone else in creation.”

Lisa also said the being of Light knew everything she had ever thought, said, or done, and showed her all the details in her life review. The past and future was there for her to see, including everything, the positive and negative, and how she had influenced others and they her. Lisa said, “I could experience the feelings and thoughts of all the other people involved myself, almost become them, which gave me pure experiential understanding of what brought other people pain, or joy, the positive or negative experiences and effects of my own actions.”

As in so many NDE’s, Lisa speaks of the idea that everything comes back to you, including the effects of how you treat others. It’s a good reminder to treat others as you want to be treated.

Near Death Experience Case Histories: What Happens When the Body Dies Part 7 of 9

What happens when you die? Some believe that’s it and they cease to exist. Others believe in an afterlife of some kind. No one has physical proof of what happens, but many who have had a NDE (near death experience) share incredible insight from the other side.

The Near Death Experience Research Foundation (NDERF) is the largest NDE website in the world with over 4000 experiences in over 23 Languages.

They are used to the understandable amount of skepticism and doubt about NDEs and provide a lot of helpful information, and address the typical questions on their FAQ page.

We combed through their database and found what we believe are the most intriguing parts of various case histories to share with our readers. Click on the name in each section to read the entire case on the NDERF site.

Cara NDE 3637 had a life review during her NDE with beings of energy, including “the God being, or a large mass of energy.” She didn’t want to return to Earth, but she came to understand that if she didn’t at this time, she would at another time in another body to finish what she was there to do. Before her NDE, she didn’t believe or disbelieve in reincarnation, but she says, “Now I am sure I have had many incarnations.”

Cara also learned that nothing is by chance or coincidence, yet we have a choice how we react. Everyone we encounter, she said, is for a reason. We have the free will to disregard the individual and experience, or be open to possibilities presented. We also have a choice to be aware and live in the moment, but many people don’t on Earth.

We share the same philosophies: so much more in life is fated than people realize, so that key occurrences are experienced, and it’s up to you how you respond.

Wayne H NDE 2543 had a NDE after being struck by a car as a pedestrian, and was able to observe the life of Jesus, but said his real name was not Jesus, but something more like Josephus. Wayne said he saw that Jesus had a regular mother and father with no God intervention. Due to his NDE during a difficult birth, he had a difficult childhood because he knew too much. As Jesus got older he told people about his experience, not to fear death, what to expect after death, and that everyone could awaken to their spiritual self.

Wayne said Jesus, “…drew a small crowd of followers. After a time some of his followers wanted to form a religion and replace the Jewish priests because of the money and power. He cast the power mongers out of his following. Five of them conspired against him. At his trial there were three witnesses against him, all were his followers. He was hanged (not crucified, he was just a petty criminal to the Romans). Being in a hurry the Romans cut him down a little early and his loyal followers carried his body off. He revived having had a second near death experience (his ‘second coming’ so to speak). He lived for a while hiding from his five traitorous former friends (the anti-Christ?) but died after a bit from his injuries.”

Wayne said that his NDE caused him to shun religion: “I am no longer a Southern Baptist and have very little use for religions.”

Barbara S NDE 2102/5023/7375 was told during her NDE that humans, as a whole, have a long way to go before they learn how to love and accept each other without power games, prejudice, and thinking money or status make one better than someone else. In reality, “We are all exactly the same in the creator’s eyes.”

Barbara was raised Catholic and taught about hell, heaven, and how people would be judged for their sins after they die. On the other side, she felt like those notions were false, and only experienced love and acceptance. She said, “I felt religion was man-made stuff to control society.”

Diane G NDE 622, who experienced a NDE after drowning, hoped to recreate her experience on the other side when back on Earth by trying several drugs, such as LSD, mushrooms, and ecstasy. She said it’s not the same because while fear and a feeling of loss of control is common with drugs, it’s not during a NDE. NDEs feel more real than life on Earth, while drugs create more of a surreal feeling.

Mind and mood altering drugs separate you from your true self and the Light, and they also attract dark energy. Ultimately, there’s nothing spiritual about taking drugs.

Diane also had a revelation about the Bible during her NDE. She now believes that much of it is about what people in those times learned about their own NDEs. Then, people who had mystical experiences were considered saints, but, “…today they call us nut cases or try to explain it away scientifically so we don’t cast doubt on their long held beliefs based on a wrong world view.”
