Act on These 15 Tips to Get More Out of Life

Share Button

Making the most of your life depends on maximizing your energy, minimizing your stress levels, and maintaining a mental, spiritual and emotional center.

Act on these 15 tips to get more out of life:

1) Supplements. There are many natural supplements that will help improve your health and make you feel better, if they work for and are needed by your particular body type. Some of our favorites include vitamin B-12, apple cider vinegar, omega-3 fish oil, raw virgin coconut oil, green tea extract, and many others.

2) No supplements for 1-7 days. Not all vitamins and supplements will work for all body types, and sometimes you need a break from them. Monitor how you feel while taking an occasional break.

3) More rest. When you can’t make more time for sleep and relaxation, ornithine, melatonin, vitamin B-3 niacinamide, gaba, and other natural sleeping aids can help occasionally, but don’t rely on them every day. Also make your bedroom more conducive to deep sleep by creating a dark, quiet, cool, and comfortable refuge for yourself.

4) Avoid toxic people whenever possible, especially if you’re spiritually sensitive and pick up others’ energy easily. Ground and surround yourself with white Light often for protection.

Your subconscious mind can’t tell the difference between an imagined protective force-field, and a real one, so the practice of mentally creating one is of a greater positive benefit than you might realize.

5) Try a new environment. Take a short or long trip, and notice how you feel in a different space.

6) Try a new activity, such as cooking a new dish or an art project. Give yourself permission to just have fun, like you did as a child, without judging yourself on the outcome.

7) Turn off the TV and start a new book, one you’ve been wanting to read for a while. Getting into a good book can transport you to a different realm, much like meditation.

8) Forgive yourself. You’ve beaten yourself up enough. It’s time to let it go.

9) Forgive someone else. Doing so won’t erase the karma they’ve created for themselves, but it will release you from the self-inflicted pain caused by resentment.

10) Do something nice for someone, with no expectations of anything in return. Acts from the heart can work magic on your outlook on life, thus your spirituality.

11) Volunteer. Helping others will generate a sense of fulfillment and help you be grateful for what you have, and gratitude can be a powerful spiritual tool.

12) Explore your past lives. Using a past life regression MP3 to explore the root cause of something or how you knew someone in the distant past can be an eye-opening and transformational experience.

Likewise, watching a YouTube video about an ancient culture to which you feel drawn (which very well may be because you lived a lifetime there) can also get your spiritual juices flowing.

Our opinion, based on years of empirical research, is that reincarnation does exist, and we’ll continue to believe so until it is proven otherwise. There’s too much empirical evidence to simply write off the theory of reincarnation as fantasy or subconscious metaphor.

13) Listen to new music. Let your mind wander and write down your thoughts.

14) Clear your energy field and ask for help from God or guides of the Light. Picking up negative energies, entities, and lost souls is, unfortunately, too easy. Everyone can benefit from periodic spiritual housecleaning.

15) And of course, meditate. This is by far one of the best ways to reconnect with your higher power and get unstuck, especially if you make time to do it regularly. Think of it as your secret weapon to face the world and all its hassles with more strength, patience, and compassion. 10-20 minutes a day can make a world of difference, most certainly with a meditation audio, such as the ones we offer.

What You Must do if You Feel Spiritually Stuck: 7 Tips

Share Button

If you’re like most people, you rarely have enough minutes in the day to get everything done, let alone relax and reflect. Sooner or later, the stress will catch up with you and you’ll feel scattered, uncomfortable, and tense. You end up feeling spiritually stuck. Spirituality isn’t just about going to a place of worship, mediation, or praying. It’s also about your energy and connection with God, the “source,” or whatever you want to call the higher power and, or if you prefer, your Higher Self. Below we offer tips to help you get into the flow again, which will also help to enhance your intuition and sense of purpose.

1) Alter your diet. In order to feel centered spiritually, you need to treat your body well. When you eat for fuel what works best for your particular body type) most of the time rather than taste or comfort, you’ll feel and look your best. It’s easy to choose unhealthy options when you’re rushed, but it’s worth the extra time needed to plan ahead and make the most of your nutritional intake.

2) Avoid sugar. This is a big one. Sugar may give you a quick energy fix, but it also depletes your body of optimum health and will lead to an energy crash and unstable emotions. In turn, it makes it that much more difficult to maintain your spiritual equilibrium. If you feel the occasional urge to indulge, there are many options besides white, processed sugar and fructose corn syrup, such as raw honey, stevia, and agave. It’s common knowledge among the most respected health experts today that fruit sugar, although perfectly natural, isn’t healthy in excess, so keep the fruit intake at a judicious level too. Purified water or vegetable juice instead of fruit juice is often a better choice.

3) Cut back or avoid booze. Beyond the infrequent cocktail or two, excess drinking will only lead to spiritual cobwebs or worse. Our spiritual detox work (see Spiritual Detox audio on our site) has led us to conclude that some regular and most heavy drinkers have spiritual hitchhikers and sometimes dark energy on board. Call it toxic energy if you want–whatever it is, it’s a significant block to spiritual awareness. Excess alcohol is essentially an invitation to spiritual parasites and toxic energy.

4) Remain drug-free. Some people claim drugs make them feel more spiritual, but what goes up must come down. Most drugs cloud perception and intuition for weeks or even longer. In our opinion, there is zero room for drugs in your life if you want to be your best on all levels.

5) Cut back or avoid caffeine, or at least switch to green tea. Caffeine can help you sail through a busy day, but it can also cause more stress, and wreck havoc on your body from long-term over-indulgence.

6) Get those endorphins firing with exercise. A good workout will get your heart rate up and help you feel more at peace afterward. Interval workouts, which include 90 seconds at a moderate pace, 30 seconds at a very rapid pace, and then repeated up to 9 times for a total of about 20 minutes, is even more beneficial. We could feel a big difference afterward with energy levels and sense of well-being the first time we tried it. Yoga and going for a walk in nature will also bring you back to your center.

7) Sex. Not just routine sex, but good sex. Get creative. Try something new. Since ancient times, sex has been used not just as a release or way to bond with a love interest, but as a way of connecting with a higher source. This is much easier to do once you let go of any guilt or shame you consciously or subconsciously associate with sex.

Remember, even though history is replete with puritanical cultures that encouraged a negative attitude toward sex and caused sexual shame to flourish, safe, honest sex between consenting adults is not only a one of the most fabulous human experiences but can be profoundly spiritual as well.

Avoid Selling Your Soul to Demons

Share Button

Drawing on demonic entities to help you reach your goals indentures yourself to them, and is to be avoided at all costs. Sometimes people don’t even realize they’re doing it, and those who do often don’t understand the consequences until it’s too late.

Once you die, in such an arrangement, you become their slave and must do their bidding, according to Manly P. Hall, author of The Secret Teachings of All Ages.

“First. The visible universe has an invisible counterpart, the higher planes of which are peopled by good and beautiful spirits; the lower planes, dark and foreboding, are the habitation of evil spirits and demons under the leadership of the Fallen Angel and his ten Princes.”

“Second. By means of the secret processes of ceremonial magic it is possible to contact these invisible creatures and gain their help in some human undertaking. Good spirits willingly lend their assistance to any worthy enterprise, but the evil spirits serve only those who live to pervert and destroy.”

“Third. It is possible to make contracts with spirits whereby the magician becomes for a stipulated time the master of an elemental being.”

“Fourth. True black magic is performed with the aid of a demoniacal spirit, who serves the sorcerer for the length of his earthly life, with the understanding that after death the magician shall become the servant of his own demon.”

“For this reason a black magician will go to inconceivable ends to prolong his physical life, since there is nothing for him beyond the grave…a man will barter his eternal soul for temporal power…in its various branches the black art includes nearly all forms of ceremonial magic, necromancy, witchcraft, sorcery, and vampirism…”

“Though the demonism of the Middle Ages seems to have disappeared, there is abundant evidence that in many forms of modern thought–especially the so-called ‘prosperity’ psychology, ‘will-power-building’ metaphysics, and systems of ‘high pressure’ salesmanship…”

For obvious reasons, short-term earthly gain through the help of demonic elementals isn’t worth selling your soul, but we believe it’s entirely safe to strive toward gaining abundance and whatever else you want as long as you don’t hurt anyone or yourself, and you don’t employ demonic energies to assist you.

How to Avoid This Trap

You must be very careful to only ask for help from positive other-dimensional energies, those of the Light. Whenever you’re in need of help, and we believe help is always available to you within your predestined framework, make sure to ask for help from God (or however you refer to the higher power) or “guides, masters, and helpers of the Light.” Our Spiritual Detox audio can help you keep your energy clean, and avoid harmful entities.

Aside from demonic other-dimensional energies, in our view there exist “guides” on the other side that don’t offer absolute truths and wisdom, and many have strong prejudices. Sometimes these entities are simply disincarnated souls who have not yet gone to the Light after their physical body died, so they may not be any wiser than you. There are also troublemaker entities who enjoy causing problems.

Any insight you receive that sounds biased or that feels negative, be wary. Also, a very possible sign of a mischievous, or even dark and harmful other-dimensional spirit is one that claims to be someone famous, such as a deceased celebrity.

So go ahead and ask for assistance with your worthy goals from God or guides and Angels of the Light if you feel you need help. In addition, focusing on being grounded and centered and meditating regularly will give you plenty of valuable guidance from within, without having to ruin your soul through partnering with demonic energies

10 Mystic Tips for Dealing With A-holes

Share Button
You’ve experienced it. Perhaps with a coworker, a neighbor, or even a relative. You try to get along with the bully to keep the peace, but they always manage to get under your skin and you react, sometimes not so nicely. You avoid them as much as possible. But for those times when you have no choice, we offer the suggestions below to help you handle them peacefully and from the perspective of a mystic rather than allowing them to add more stress to your life or worse.

1) Consider why they are difficult: Usually there’s at least one hidden reason. Frequently, very difficult people have endured early life trauma, are currently coping with deep personal challenges and, or have drug and alcohol problems, to name a few possible issues. To make things worse, we believe many such people, during times of duress, are negatively influenced by dark energy–call it demonic possession or influence if you want, or extreme subconscious defenses and fears surfacing–whatever it is, our findings tell us that often times it’s very difficult for some people to see beyond themselves and understand how their actions are negatively influencing those around them.

2) Acceptance: Once you put yourself in their shoes and understand the “why,” it’s easier to have at least a little compassion for them, see them as damaged goods, and not take their actions so personally.

3) Drop expectations: Don’t expect them to treat you well or even reasonably. It’s not your right to control anyone. You can try to help someone become more aware of their behavior and the consequences, but you cannot change them.

4) Retain your dignity: When you react adult-like with a reasonable tone, confidence, and compassion, there will be no reason for anyone to blame you for any disharmony. This may enrage a difficult person who’s intent is to control you or make you lower yourself to their level, but keep your cool and you will come out on top.

5) Think before speaking: It’s better to say nothing than to react without thinking when you’re upset. You can always follow up later with a tactful e-mail after you’ve thought it through.

6) Remain positive: A difficult person loves to target those he or she believes are opposing their views, weak, happy, or whatever else sets them off. But if you avoid letting them drag you into their misery, they can’t help but eventually see the errors of their ways. Let them be and all will be seen in the Light of truth eventually.

7) Limit the alcohol and take steps to moderate excessive stress through good sleep, exercise, and watching your diet. Inner demons come out to play under the influence or when you’re worn down mentally or physically, so watch your step.

8) Be grateful for the opportunity. It may seem odd to be grateful for toxic people, but expressing gratitude will make it much easier to rise above the situation. Also, think of all you gain from difficult people, such as patience, compassion, how not to treat others and excellent negotiating skills.

9) Arm yourself spiritually. Not to battle, but to protect yourself and encourage peace and harmony. Spiritual help is available to you whenever you need it, but you need to ask. We like to call upon Archangels Michael and Sandalphon to stand on either side of us as body guards, but you can utilize God or other angels and guides. Make sure to request that they be “of the Light,” or you could just stir up more trouble.

10) Avoid revenge: We realize it may sometimes seem easier to use an aggressive warrior approach with the jerks of the world, but since you don’t want to create negative karma, you’ll be better off playing the adult role and simply allowing them to act like children. Our findings firmly show karma exists, so even if they don’t get caught, they will get what’s coming to them eventually, most likely in a future life. You don’t want to have to incarnate again with this person, do you?

Avoid the Spiritual Martyr Trap

Share Button
Refusing to capitalize on your abilities (i.e., accepting money for your talents) and sacrificing yourself for nothing in return only generates negative consequences and hinders your spiritual growth.Centuries ago, religious adherents were conditioned to believe that they should never use their “spiritual gifts” for personal gain; in doing so they believed they would be damned to hell forever.

You’re Not Alone if You’ve Fallen For it

Unfortunately, this fear-based, erroneous belief is still alive today. Do you feel guilty for accepting money as compensation for the valuable services you provide? Are you afraid of losing your talents if you gain financially from them? Do you have a subconscious fear (perhaps from past life circumstances) that you will be persecuted by offering your talents in exchange for money?

By the way, our belief is that your spiritual talents are not “gifts,” as nobody gave them to you but yourself through your own efforts by way of many trials and tribulations in past incarnations, and you have every right to honorably apply them toward your earthly gain. As long as you aren’t hurting anyone (or yourself), you are operating justly.

How to Escape From This Trap

Capitalism thrives in the free world, thankfully. If you have talent as, for example, an artist, consultant, supervisor, builder, leader, writer, salesperson, or, yes, even a psychic, you are serving yourself and everyone else perfectly by constructively and efficiently offering it at a price within the economic law of supply and demand. What does this mean? Simply put, it means that if you get paid at the prices you set, they are within the law of supply and demand. If you have more business than you can handle, and you’re burning yourself out, your prices may not be high enough.

Hold your head up high and repeat daily, “I deserve fair compensation in exchange for my valuable services (and, or products), and I’m avoiding the martyr trap.”

Don’t let anyone tell you that you should offer your spiritual talents as a healer or astrologer, for example, for free, or that you are abusing your “gifts.” That’s a nonsensical point of view.

Instead, nurture and further develop your talents with the help of our free e-book, Direct Your Destiny. Direct Your Destiny is packed full of helpful tips and methodologies to help you make the most of your life and overcome hidden personal and spiritual blocks.

Giving of yourself and your professional services or products with no expectation of anything in return, at times, is great, and generates positive karma, yet this does not mean you should dump on yourself with an “all for you, nothing for me” disposition. It’s the sort of belief held by strict ascetics in days of old, thinking that constantly denying themselves sensual gratification and material wealth would bring them closer to God. You can take that road if you choose, but it’s unnecessary.

Putting aside sensual gratification temporarily can help you reach personal goals, but never allowing yourself to experience pleasure or the good things in life will work against you and can be detrimental to your spiritual progress. Strict self denial, such as long-term repression of sexual desire, only generates future complications (e.g., perversion).

Successfully avoiding the martyr trap is not only healthy, but will allow you to live a more purposeful and rewarding life.

Stunning Peak Into the Number 9 and Numerology

Share Button

Numbers relate to quantities (“party of 3”), as well as qualities (“she’s number one”).

Personality traits, timing trends, and key events in your life are astonishingly and consistently represented by number symbolism, as empirically evidenced through the ages.

Although the mere mention of numerology in today’s “if I can’t touch it, I don’t believe in it” society easily induces a wince, years of objective observation of distinct patterns comprised of multiple indicators in the comprehensive numerology charts (reflecting life circumstances) leaves all doubt behind. Back up the theories with a system of checks and balances including astrology and handwriting analysis, and you have reason to be confident with your hypotheses.

Below we outline the uniqueness of the number 9.

1. The number 9 is one of several unusual numbers in that it is very unpredictable. Just like 7, 11, 22, 33, and others, while under collective timing symbolized by its energy, for example, things often don’t go as expected. In fact, a common theme includes events unfolding from out of nowhere, collapsing all hope of things going as you would have liked.

2. One thing that can be expected with the number 9 is endings. Although you might be able to rise above the conditions symbolized by the number 7 and detach from challenges, there is no way getting around the conclusions represented by the number 9. When it’s over, it’s over, and the energy of the number 9 can painfully remind you of that fact of life. No amount of inspiration can override this and change fate, unfortunately.

3. Those with heavy 9 energy usually appear to be natural leaders. Yet leaders need firm convictions, and a hidden uncertainty of their true principles is one of the biggest problems with the number 9. 9 can talk a good game, but when things are on the line, that inner vagueness and ambiguity pops up and can result in disaster, particularly in politics or other high-profile positions.

4. A related issue is problems with integrity. A theme is those with heavy 9 having a “do as I say, not as I do” way of living life. Things are so obscure in 9’s world that bending the rules doesn’t seem inappropriate, as long as that feeling of compassion and understanding of the highest good of mankind is present, as if the heart connection and intent matters more than actual behavior.

5. Nervous tension and anxiety attacks fall under the 9’s domain, as do problematic emotional issues. Take it easy under heavy 9 timing, or you’ll have a rough ride. Best advice is to take a detached, yet understanding approach to things, and also drop your expectations of how you want things to be, even though your demands might seem to be reasonable.

6. One of the best things about the number 9 are the inherent rewards. The benefits can be through your love life, career, fame, family, friends, or money, and they are often vast. One thing to keep in mind though: under heavy 9 timing, the good life experienced is unexpectedly cut short, post 9 timing. So live it up, by all means, but keep it in perspective. If it seems too good to be true, it might be. A reliable numerology software program like Numerology Decoder can help you understand your basic timing and personality.

7. If you have exceptional sympathy and tolerance, think of how much better your life can be. Nothing really bothers you, and everything is beautiful. You can’t seem to lose, and your gratitude is like a never ending river of opulence, gifting you with a wondrous life. This is the number 9.

4 Soul Mate Revelations–Set Yourself Free With These Tips

Share Button

Most singles want to find a soul mate, but aside from the common romantic assumptions about this elusive magical bond, they generally don’t stop to think about the spiritual purpose of soul mates or the true meaning of the term.

Thanks to movies, TV, and romance novels, the perception of a soul mate has been distorted beyond it’s metaphysical definition. There is much suffering that could be avoided with more understanding and a change of viewpoint.

The following are four of the most common soul mate mistakes and what you can do to bypass them.

1) Assuming you only have one. After removing the fairy-tale element, a soul mate defined is simply a soul you knew in a previous incarnation. They could have been a sibling, parent, friend, or enemy; you may have 100s, or even 1000s of soul mates.

The term twin soul is often used to illustrate a special relationship, one that was especially created for you, or even your “other half.” As appealing as that may sound, unfortunately our findings invalidate this theory. Souls don’t pair off with only one ideal partner in the spiritual world.

But have hope. You do have connections that are much more compatible than others, and you will meet and enjoy each other when the time is right.

How do you know when you’ve met one of these magical connections? A feeling of knowing the person but not being able to place from where is common. As is instant like or dislike, assuming you are viewing the person objectively and not subjectively projecting onto them your dreams and hopes.

2) Soul mates are less about romantic happiness and more about destiny, and what’s fated may or may not compare favorably to your favorite love story. Each bond has a purpose, such as working on a project together, raising a child, working through karma, or simply enjoying each others’ company. You’ll experience a lot less stress and heartache if you learn to accept each relationship for what they are meant to be instead of only what you hope for.

3) Too young. Teens and 20-somethings are most likely to get drunk on the romantic, feel-good soul mate Kool-aid. Once reality hits, it’s often such a harsh contrast to what they expected that it’s easy to become cynical about future love life opportunities.

People convince themselves that they are mature enough to be happy with the person for the rest of their life, starting at a very young age. Unfortunately, this is usually not the case.

We’ve found through our empirical research that the more rewarding spiritual connections often show up later in life, sometimes after you’ve paid your dues, so to speak.

Instead of applauding “high school sweethearts,” parents and mentors would better serve kids in this area by helping them recognize that the Cinderella-type stories are only one possibility in the game of love, and by suggesting they not attempt to begin a life-long relationship until later in life.

4) “Together forever.” Most bonds are not meant to be life-long. It would be nice to have a compatible partner by your side for your entire lifetime, but since it doesn’t always work out like that, dropping expectations of such is key to satisfaction.

Of course, what would your love life be without a little fantasy and magic? It’s the spice of love and can lead to much happiness, if you keep it in check and remember to be realistic.

Stunning Peak Into the Number 11 and Numerology

Share Button

Numbers symbolize quantity. Numbers also symbolize qualities, as through number symbolism, better known as numerology. The number 11 is one of the most popular topics in basic numerology due to the unique energy it represents.

Below are ten things you need to know about the number 11.

1. Chances are the number 11 has been emblematically connected to unusual experiences you’ve had. For example, seeing apparitions, hearing strange voices when nobody is around, having visions of future occurrences, and prophetic dreams are all related to the number 11 and numerology (and other spiritual numbers). The connection is through your natal and timing numerology charts and, or universal timing charts.

2. It’s not mundane at all, it’s symbolic of very unusual energy. 11 is one of the most spiritual numbers–it’s very other-dimensional. 11 is the link to the unseen realms. If you were to list numbers most associated with the energy of Spirit (or the Divine, God, etc.), the number 11 would be on that list for sure, as would the numbers 7, 9, 22, and others.

3. 11 isn’t easy in relation to health. It fosters a hyper-sensitive nervous system and physical body. Those who have it in abundance most often have to moderate their diets and lifestyles to cope with the heightened sensitivity. Staying grounded is imperative for those with excessive 11because there’s a tendency to be out of body more often than not, and that tends to energetically separate the native from the physical self, causing bodily stress, even health issues. Being elsewhere yet here at the same time makes for a more challenging earthly existence. Regular meditation and healthy habits help to deal with this problem.

4. Everybody has a distinct collection of hundreds of numerological natal and timing indicators in their comprehensive numerology charts. If 11 dominates your charts, it’s very important to you. Unfortunately, the more of it you have, generally, the more challenges you have in life (yet opportunities for spiritual growth and advancement). It’s an unpredictable, inexplicable, and mysterious other-dimensional number and frequently clashes with ideal of smoothly running, everyday affairs. It’s a wild card and even though those with a lot of it have greater burdens than average, they may also be more experienced than average as an incarnated soul and have enough wisdom to deal constructively with their fate.

It’s a “Master Number,” and so are all double digit numbers, including 22, 33, 44 55, 66, 77, 88, and 99. “Master” relates to the need to overcome steeper challenges than those symbolized with other numbers, yet they also hold more promise for achievement, relative to the collective energy in your personal charts. They could just as fittingly be called “Danger Numbers.” A reliable numerology software program like Numerology Decoder Software will correctly calculate your Master Numbers and tell you where you have them in your basic chart.

5. It’s common for those with heavy 11 in their charts to have a greater amount of charisma and recognition in their life. Alternatively, infamy, if the charts support it, is typical with the number 11.

6. Unfortunately, on the low side, number 11 can be connected with duplicity and betrayal, as well as crime and insanity. It’s not an easy vibration to deal with in this mundane world.

7. It’s also characteristic for those with lots of natal or timing 11 to have greater financial challenges in life. Heavy speculative risk is to be avoided at all costs under strong 11.

8. Bi-sexuality and homosexuality are very common in association with the number 11. If you had to equate the number 11 to an astrological sign, the sign of Aquarius is the most fitting, although it’s not a mutable sign, and 11 is certainly a mutable (i.e., varying, inconsistent, volatile) number.

9. Distorted idealism is common with excessive 11 energy. An example is extreme religious and, or spiritual beliefs. “True believer” fits the energies associated with the number 11.

10. To their credit, those with heavy number 11in their natal and, or timing charts have potential for unequaled spiritual awareness and vision, being prophetic messengers of divine spirit. But it’s important to realize that the 11 energy has to be supported by other spiritual vibrations to manifest positively.

Got Ghosts? 7 Steps to Clear Your Space

Share Button

After over 14 years of clearing ghosts from homes and freeing people from the negative hold of disembodied souls we are convinced that ghosts are a lot more common than people realize. Hollywood has demonized (literally) the phenomenon, but don’t be afraid. In reality, most are more of a nuisance than threat, much like a mosquito, if you know what to do.

Simply put, a ghost is the disembodied soul of someone whose body has died. Instead of going to the “Light,” they remain earthbound.

Ghost hunters on TV do a great job of detecting paranormal activity, but they usually don’t send it to where it needs to go to continue its spiritual evolution: the Light.

This final step in ghost busting is often overlooked, but is crucial because if it’s not done the ghost will continue to cause problems for itself and others.

Addictions, attachments to familiar places, sudden and unexpected death, suicide, revenge, and fear of “hell” can cause ghosts to stick around. They may have died in your home, wandered in on their own, or followed you home from hospital, cemetery, or bar, for example.

How do you know when you have a ghost hanging out in your home? Signs include unexplained noises and voices, objects disappearing, electronics turning on and off by themselves, young children seeing people you cannot, lights flickering, unexplained smells or hot or cold spots, feeling like you’re being watched, seeing shadows out of the corner of your eye, pets acting strangely, a sudden urge to overeat, drink, smoke, or do drugs (especially if you cannot attribute the urge to anything in particular), and nightmares.

Fortunately, you can help the ghost and yourself relatively easily with the following steps.

1) Identify the energy. Is it a guide or a ghost? Higher level guides are not abusive or negative. A guide or loved one who has crossed over will pop in to help and you’ll feel uplifted. If your ghost is a loved one who died, realize that it’s better for both of you if they go to the Light.

2) Research the home and area history. Did someone die in the home or area? Is or was there previously a bar, crack house, burial ground, morgue, cemetery or hospital nearby?

3) Sometimes ghosts don’t realize they’re dead or being bothersome. Therefore, firmly yet calmly explain out loud that he or she is dead, this is your home now, and it’s time to move on to the Light (point upwards).

For more stubborn energies, use these next steps. Make sure you are sober and centered during this process or you’ll open yourself up to the risk of possession.

4) Utilize the Light. Spiritually protect yourself by visualizing a bright, white Light. Pretend the sun is shining brightly and, or lightning is striking and filling you and every corner of every room.

5) Burn sage. You can find sage at health food and metaphysical stores and online. Light the sage, hold over an ashtray or plate, then walk clockwise around each room while imagining the space being purified by the smoke.

6) Use step 3 above again and then call in their loved ones from other side to help explain that it’s time to return “home.”

7) If the energy does not want to leave, call in God, guides of the Light, and for tougher cases, archangels Michael and Sandalphon for assistance in guiding the lost soul(s) to the Light. These energies are always willing and able to help, but you must ask.

*Important* Do not simply cast out a ghost from your home because it will wander into another home. Instead, always guide it to the Light. Once there, it won’t return as an earthbound spirit and cause harm to itself or others.

For more challenging cases, utilize the services of a Spiritual Detox™, spirit releasement, or ghost removal expert. Or, use our Spiritual Detox™ MP3 or free Spiritual Detox™ Script. Only use experts who send the unwanted energies to the Light (make sure to ask), have a good track record, and do not charge outrageously high fees (avoid “psychics” who charge $1000s for “spell removal”). The best ghost busters will calmly and firmly communicate with the energy, call in plenty of spiritual assistance and protection, and guide them to the Light.

Kids and Drugs: How to Help Them Avoid Temptation

Share Button

A very concerned mother recently wrote to us because she had discovered that her 17 year-old son was smoking pot. She was worried about addiction and asked us what we would do in her situation to help him realize the spiritual and other consequences of his choices.

Even though we intuitively felt that her son didn’t have a problem, seemingly innocuous experimentation can easily lead to a destructive habit or addiction.

Even with all the efforts by schools and parents to educate young people about the dangers of drugs, most teens will try them anyway. Ordering a teen to never do drugs, of course, will probably only make them want to try them more.

It would greatly benefit teens if their mentors were aware of and explained the spiritual side effects of drug and excessive alcohol use. We believe that when you completely understand the spiritual complications involving drug and alcohol abuse, it’s much easier to say no thanks, every time.

Having seen firsthand the toxic, life-wrecking spiritual side effects of drugs on individuals for years through our work, three years ago, when a party host placed a tray of cocaine in front of Stephen, even though he’d had a few drinks and his guard was down somewhat, it was still easy for him to decline the offer. In fact, because he is so aware of the harsh spiritual consequences of cocaine, the drugs looked about appealing to him as a pile of dog crap.

We strongly suspect that cocaine, crystal meth, and other drugs are favored tools of the dark side, their use encouraged to break down, control, manipulate and destroy people. Even one night of mind- altering substances can make for a hell of a future challenge.

Imagine volunteering to carry around an invisible, 40 pound gargoyle on your back for years. It constantly berates you, skews your judgment, weakens your stamina, makes you paranoid–your life becomes an uphill battle and challenges are drawn out and magnified. And that’s just the beginning of your road-trip into purgatory.

The message is pretty simple: beyond experimentation in high school and college, drug use will only cause major problems. If you want to be the best you can be, there is no room for any drug use or excess alcohol consumption. At first, drugs may seem to enhance creativity, awareness, and fun, but recovering addicts realize it was all a lie.

For every artificial high, there is an equal, devastating low, side-tracking you from your life’s mission.

Afraid your teen won’t believe you? Visit a drug rehabilitation clinic and let them see for themselves what drugs can do to people. Search on Youtube for videos showcasing the dangers of drugs or addiction and watch them with your teen. Then talk about what you witnessed and ask if they know anyone headed in the same perilous direction.

If teenagers could see what we’ve seen, they would recognize that using any drug even one time can block intuition for a long time and attract lost souls and spiritual parasites, which can encourage anger, depression, despair, and denial. Other effects include mistaking the negative thoughts of lost souls and spiritual parasites for yours, suicidal thoughts, a strong desire for more drug use, and worse.

Through our work with Spiritual Detox we have found that most regular drug users, addicts, and heavy drinkers harbor from a few to a whole army of lost souls, many of whom were addicts before they died, and gravitated to a host who would feed their addiction.

An aside, it’s possible to identify potential alcohol and drug problems (addictive personality, etc.) through comprehensive handwriting analysis, and astrology and numerology, which would help parents spot warning signs before a serious problem developed.

Help the teens in your life focus on their long-term goals, and do everything you can to help them realize how drug use could potentially destroy them. If they want an escape from the pressures of being at that tumultuous age, encourage alternatives, such as a simple and regular meditation, which can be just what they need to help them stay on track and reach their full potential.
