Spiritual Power: The Three Stages of Faith

Share Button

Faith, or having complete and unshakable confidence things will turn out okay, is a powerful spiritual practice. Along with gratitude, faith helps you make the most of your fate.

Typically, those on the path to self-actualization experience three stages of faith.

The first stage of faith involves realizing what it is and that it’s worthy of your focus. In the second stage, you know what it is, you understand the power of it, yet it’s a regular challenge to maintain it. The third stage is possessing faith so strong, it chases away anxiety and fear. While you may live in the third stage occasionally or even a lot of the time, it’s rare to constantly exist in this stage.

You can be sure you’re not alone if you’re usually camped in the second stage. For most people, it takes a lot of practice to spend most of your waking hours in the third stage.

Below we list seven ways to expedite your transition into a more permanent everyday third stage of faith:

1. Meditate daily. Even if you only do it for ten minutes a day, it helps you separate from the fears of your subconscious mind. You can’t shut down the thoughts of your subconscious, but you can gain peace and detach from the mind through meditation.

2. Simplify your life. The less clutter and useless activity you have in your life, the more you can focus on important things, such as your loved ones and goals.

3. Practice daily affirmations, such as “I always have enough.” Write them down and post them where you’ll see them, or create a daily reminder alert on your phone.

4. Avoid excess sugar, processed foods and oils, and other junk. You’ll be amazed how level-headed you feel, and how much easier it is to maintain faith, when you fuel your body with healthy choices.

5. Exercise regularly. The stronger your health and vitality, the greater your energy and the easier it is to rise above the poison arrows and little demons, and keep the faith.

6. Accept what you can’t change and focus on what you can change. When you make positive changes and your desired outcome is within your predetermined path, the power of faith, “acting as if,” will help you get there.

7. Bridge your faith by focusing on the desired outcome and how it will feel upon reaching that goal. For example, think of how you’ll feel when you’ve paid your rent on time or paid off your car loan. How will you celebrate?

A person who possesses infinite faith magnifies his optimism, increases his happiness, has a greater feeling of control in his life, and deals with life’s challenges more effectively. Tremendous faith can magically transform your life, within the boundaries of personal fate.

The three stages of faith–realizing it exists, understanding the power of it and attempting to apply it to every part of your life, and finally, maintaining unwavering faith–are ultimately about developing spiritual power. Cultivate the power of faith (and gratitude) as often as you can and watch your life change for the better.

11 Magic Affirmations to Magnify Confidence and Sense of Humor

Share Button

The power of affirmations can improve and even transform your life in many ways.

Can they help you reach any goal? Can you alter any situation to your liking? While positive thinking and the law of attraction are important, you need to consider other spiritual laws too. For example, the laws of karma and predetermination supersede the law of attraction.

We’ve found in our empirical research that a lot in life is fated (which is the same as being destined), which mirrors your personal timing.

Thankfully, you’re not just a puppet; you can make the most of your fate with your free will.

One way you can do this is with affirmations. What you think and believe can influence your reality, within the borders of your fate.

Affirmations are especially helpful when you’re plagued by worries, self-doubt and negative thoughts. Life is stressful and challenging, and how you perceive it can make a big difference. Take control and replace counter-productive thoughts with positive thoughts; it’s a simple and healthy way to use the incredible power of your mind.

The subconscious mind has a huge impact on your life and subconscious fears and defenses can cause lots of problems. Defenses include guilt, jealousy, selfishness, anger, argumentativeness, a domineering attitude, resentment, a temper, an anti-social personality, secretiveness, arrogance, vanity, and many more.

It’s not easy to change. In fact, sometimes your subconscious mind will go to great lengths to stay exactly where you are, what it considers safe, even if you consciously want to improve.

Fortunately, your subconscious mind can’t tell the difference between reality and imagination. Therefore, repeating affirmations is an affective way to help you reach your goals or just to feel better.

Confidence and a sense of humor can make just about any situation easier to deal with, even change a stressful or unhappy situation into one you triumph over. With a little effort, you can increase yours with the magic of affirmations.

Below are 11 magic affirmations to help you magnify your confidence and sense of humor. The more you repeat them, the more your subconscious mind will embrace them, and the more you’ll naturally act confident and be funny.

Choose one or more of the following affirmations, write it down and tape it to your computer or dashboard. Repeat it many times a day, especially when you find yourself feeling fearful or thinking negative thoughts. You can also use them as a mantra on which to focus in meditation.

1) I am feeling more confident every day.

2) I feel peaceful, relaxed, and self-assured. (It’s easier to be confident and funny when you’re relaxed.)

3) I relax easily by breathing slowly and deeply.

4) I enjoy finding humor in life and making people laugh.

5) I find humor in everything and love to laugh.

6) I am happy, humorous, and fun to be around.

7) I feel calm, relaxed, and hopeful around other people.

8) I exude confidence, sincerity, and humor.

9) I radiate warmth, self-confidence, and love.

10) I sparkle with self-confidence, humor, and vitality.

11) I make people laugh with ease and confidence.

Note: Affirmations will not change your fate, but if you use them often enough, they’ll bridge the gap to a better reality.

Now that you know how thoughts influence reality, you can use these affirmations to increase your confidence and sense of humor.

Are you aware of the power of affirmations? You can use them to transform your love life.

Some people claim that you can get anything you want with positive thinking. The law of attraction is important, though you need to also consider other spiritual laws, such as the laws of karma and predetermination, which supersede the law of attraction.

In our many years of empirical research, we’ve found that how your life unfolds has a lot to do with personal timing, which is a reflection of your fate (which is the same thing as destiny).

Fortunately, we’ve also found that you have free will to make the most of your fate.

Thoughts are things and can shape your reality, within the confines of your fate.

You have a choice: you can program your mind with worries and negative thoughts and make your life worse, or you can do the opposite.

Many singles spend far more time searching for the right partner than they do preparing themselves for a compatible relationship.

Below are 23 magic affirmations to help you prepare for a great relationship. The more you repeat these affirmations to yourself, the more your mind will accept the suggestions and play along. 21) I accept myself and love myself.
22) I’m accepting love.
23) I accept and enjoy being single.

Note: These affirmations will not help manifest an ideal relationship if that is not part of your personal fate at this time, but they will help you prepare for when the time is right.

Sex and Spirituality–Escape the Baseless Guilt Trap

Share Button

Sex can be spiritual, though it’s all too common to forget and feel guilty about sex, and much of the guilt is hidden in your subconscious mind. We’d like to help you escape the baseless sexual guilt trap.

It’s detrimental to your emotional, spiritual, and mental health to possess baseless guilt about sex. Additionally, false fear and guilt about sex prohibits you from experiencing the spiritual and healing benefits of good sex.

How to Escape Feeling Guilty About Sex

First, it’s important to understand that, from a spiritual perspective, there’s nothing wrong with non-adulterous sex between consenting, married or single adults of the same or opposite gender. Your conscious mind may believe this, but your unconscious may not.

The most common source of sexual guilt is the notion that it’s a sin. Cultural biases and fears, sometimes stemming from religious conditioning, can be very difficult to shed.

You may be surprised to learn that sex wasn’t considered a sin in ancient times. It’s only in the last 2000 years that joy and spirituality were separated from sex and replaced with darkness and fear.

Vicki León, author of The Joy of Sexus: Lust, Love, and Longing in the Ancient World, writes the following:

“First of all, neither the Greeks nor the Romans thought about sinfulness and in the Judeo-Christian sense. The idea of mankind’s fall from grace never occurred to them. Even women, despite having to endure a lifetime of domineering males, would laugh incredulously at the thought of sex being a sin. Adultery could be a crime, as could rape, but for reasons other than sinfulness. A tangle of laws eventually would seek—not always successfully—to control some sexual behaviors and criminalize others. In their polytheistic societies that we call pagan, there were no churches or congregations as we know them, no priests to lecture or act as middlemen to a deity. They believed in a celestial place, jam-packed with gods and goddesses who were divine yet flawed. In them, Greeks and Romans saw themselves, at once perfect and imperfect. Some of their supreme beings were lifelong virgins: Artemis, Athena, and Vesta. Other deities were sex addicts, troublemakers who rarely paid a penalty for their misbehavior.”

Unfortunately, negative impressions about sex still permeate the collective unconscious today. The prevalence of “slut shaming,” aimed at people who dress provocatively, is an example of this. Madonna was heavily criticized recently (also an example of ageism) after she appeared topless in this month’s Interview Magazine. Another illustration of our sex-shamed society includes couples happily participating in open relationships being vilified by so many intolerant people who insist there’s only one acceptable relationship model.

One may tend to believe that the twenty-first century has brought about a sexual awakening and more sexual freedom. Perhaps in some countries, but that doesn’t seem to be the case everywhere, especially when considering how sex is still severely stigmatized in many cultures around the world.

Ways to overcome innate sexual guilt, aside from first consciously accepting that consensual sex between adults is perfectly acceptable, include the following: subconscious positive programming, including MP3 hypnosis audios; past life regression MP3s to find the root cause of sexual guilt; daily meditation to detach from hidden fears; replacing feelings of guilt with gratitude for the opportunity to enjoy sex; completely embracing safe sex; and of course the regular practice of being sexually active with your lover or lovers, while simultaneously affirming that it’s not only all right, but for your highest good.

It’s okay to have fallen into the sexual guilt trap, but now you realize that it’s not for your highest good, and you can escape it using the advice above. Once you do, you’ll allow yourself the physical, mental, and emotional benefits. You can also advance your spiritual awareness through intimacy; connecting with your lover can be a spiritual practice similar to meditation.

Our Direct Your Destiny e-package includes the following to help you make the most of your love life: 2 effective love life and relationship conditioning audio MP3s; 4 effective love life and relationship exploration, discovery, and healing audio MP3s; 1 amazing, cutting edge technology, advanced spiritual technique packed audio MP3 meditation specially designed to supercharge your s.e.x life.

Your Subconscious Mind Always Wins

Share Button

The power of the human mind is astonishing. You’re aware of your conscious mind, the part of you that is knowingly reading this right now, but your collective subconscious mind is of its own volition, and doesn’t always agree with your conscious desires.

Try as you might, you aren’t really in control of your subconscious mind which greatly influences your behavior.

Hypnosis can greatly help to modify unconscious fears such as fear of expression or flying, and can also assist in directing your mind toward other goals, but subconscious defense patterns are much more complex and are much tougher to modify.

Handwriting analysis by a well-trained professional is very effective in delineating subconscious fears and defenses.

Below are 4 startling examples–the scary truth–of how your subconscious mind prevails and even rules your life.

1. Although seemingly noble, trying to never think about sex with anyone but your spouse or significant other is impossible, as are other attempts at rigid sexual morality. Why? Because your true (subconscious) feelings and human instinct aren’t in accordance with that strict moral notion–it’s natural to think, even fantasize sexually about people other than your spouse. While you chain your conscious mind in a box, your subconscious mind has a swinging singles party and the ensuing conflict in your mind wrecks havoc on your life; eventually that shadow-self you repress makes an appearance and crashes your morality construct.

2. You decide that from now on you’ll never get upset or angry and forever project blissful compassion. The problem is that it’s perfectly natural to feel “negative” emotions, and then to constructively express them. If you refuse to acknowledge your not so sweet feelings and stuff them down deep inside, eventually you’ll experience the beach ball under water effect: you’ll blow up at someone or otherwise inappropriately lose your cool, maybe in a case of road rage, or worse.

3. It’s better to put on a happy face instead of letting others see the sadness you’ve been holding at bay, or is it? Really, everyone wants to see you smile, but stuffing that inner disappointment only saps your energy. It’s much better to admit to yourself that despair is acceptable, then get in touch with it and deal with it effectively. Note: unrealistic expectations tend to foster disenchantment, so keep them in check.

4. “Selflessness” is often really a healthy form of selfishness. Does anyone really believe that “selflessness” exists? Look, we’ve always advocated helping those in need, but helping others feels good and is a motivator to continue, not to mention an effort to avoid guilt for not helping others, so it’s not really selflessness. While expressing unconditional love to those close to you may be interpreted as “selfless,” that’s a different matter, in our view.

There’s nothing wrong with self interest, as it makes the world go around. The problem is denying self interest, which then manifests in some nasty forms down the road, such as a hard-core advocate of some cause projecting his or her (natural) selfishness onto innocent parties, generating unnecessary strife.

In summary, stop holding yourself hostage to your conscious mind’s demands that conflict with your hidden, more potent mind, the subconscious. In acknowledging your mind’s “not so nice” impressions, and learning to accept and detach from them, it will give you greater peace of mind in the long run.

10 Tips For Self-improvement Acceleration With Subliminal MP3s

Share Button

Subliminal technology involves audio or visual suggestions that your mind perceives at a subconscious level, but not at a conscious level. Remember, your subconscious takes in every detail of your environment, even the ones you can’t consciously perceive; everything you’ve ever sensed, seen or heard is stored in this memory bank.

Subliminal technology has been around since the 1950s. Subliminals are more effective than affirmations because the subconscious mind is your mind’s power and control center and accepts suggestions with less judgment than your conscious mind. Also, phobias can be difficult to overcome since fears and defenses are housed in your subconscious mind; consciously you realize that flying is relatively safe, for example, but your subconscious mind still fearfully reacts when you step onto an airplane. This is why targeting your subconscious to alleviate fears is effective.

There is some debate about whether subliminals really work. In our research we’ve discovered that the studies which have found subliminals ineffective haven’t used the technology properly.

For example, one study repeatedly flashed a sentence to participants multiple times for about 60 minutes. Another study flashed words on a screen for several minutes. In both cases, this is not enough time to have much of an impact.

Ideally, we’ve found that it’s best to see or hear the suggestions for at least three hours daily for at least four weeks, especially when the issues you’re confronting involve significant behavioral changes. Also, the suggestions must be phrased properly and be consciously acceptable to the person listening, such as in line with her goals and principles.

We’ve used subliminal suggestion audios for over 25 years. They can be very powerful if written, produced, and used in a coordinated, focused manner.

Below are guidelines to use subliminals to help you reach just about any goal.

1) Subliminal suggestions are best when phrased simply, positively, and in the present tense. There is debate about whether “you” or “I” is better. We have used both with success. “I am not smoking” will not be as effective because the subconscious mind may perceive that as “I am smoking.” “It’s easier for me to quit smoking now” and “My will power is becoming stronger every day” are better. Suggestions targeting many aspects of a goal including the resistance to the goal are best.

2) Some subliminals include what are called “masking sounds,” such as music or the sound of ocean waves. We recommend noiseless subliminals because they aren’t distracting and you can listen to them all day on auto-repeat while working, playing, surfing the internet, and even while driving.

3) If you sleep soundly you will be able to listen to noiseless subliminals all night long. A number of light sleepers have found they don’t sleep as well. Everyone is different, so experiment.

4) For best results, listen to quiet subliminals on auto-repeat, continuously (in the background while doing other things is fine), for at least three hours daily, for at least four weeks (six is better) initially. The longer you listen, the more likely your subconscious will embrace and capitalize on the suggestions.

5) If you listen at your computer, for example, and turn the volume up, anyone within earshot will be affected. It’s up to you whether or not you want others around you to benefit from the audio too.

6) Listening to more than one subliminal audio, unless they are closely related, is too much for your mind. Work on one goal at a time. Nervous tension and heightened stress are common symptoms of trying to blast too many different messages to your subconscious at once.

7) It’s natural to be skeptical of the effectiveness since you can’t consciously hear the suggestions. Subliminals work even for cynics and for those “too strong willed” to benefit from hypnosis. Everyone can benefit from hypnosis if they are willing to let go, follow directions, and have a sincere desire to reap the rewards.

One way to test the effectiveness of subliminals is to listen daily for the recommended number of weeks. Then, re-read the suggestions for that particular subliminal. You will likely find that your mind is following the directions without you even being consciously aware of them. This truly is almost effortless change.

8) If you listen to a 12 minute-long subliminal recording on auto-repeat, for example, and each suggestion is repeated at least 5 times within the 12 minutes, that’s 25 times per hour, and 75 times per day for each suggestion if you listen for at least 3 hours a day. Eventually, with recurrence, the subconscious mind will begin to follow the suggestions, just like an obedient horse follows your lead.

9) Some people may recommend that you should only buy a subliminal or hypnosis audio created by a “licensed mental health professional,” which is unwarranted. The truth is that subliminals and hypnosis have been used effectively long before licensed mental health professionals got over their fear of the falsehoods regarding these amazing tools, finally understood the benefits, and decided to use the methods in their practices.

It’s great that some mental health professionals are endorsing and promoting subliminals, hypnosis, and past life regression, but credit really should be given where credit is due.

Licensed mental health professionals didn’t pioneer subliminals, hypnosis, or past life regression and it’s not their right to slap a disclaimer on their audios suggesting that it’s unsafe to use audios formatted by holistic healers or other non-licensed mental health professionals.

10) Another myth is that you need a specialist, such as a licensed psychologist specializing in weight issues, for example, to format a good weight-loss subliminal or hypnosis suggestions. As long as you use the best technology and techniques available and use properly phrased messages, which don’t take a psychologist to understand or write, it’s not necessary to be a licensed specialist to format a good subliminal or hypnosis audio.

Do you have a goal that you’d like help with? Are you receptive to alternative methods? Then we highly recommend subliminal audios. Get your potent, subconscious mind on your side to make the most of your life.

13 Other Spiritual Laws: Some Supersede the Law of Attraction

Share Button

The law of attraction dictates that you attract that which you focus on. But this spiritual law is only one piece of the puzzle. You must take into consideration other, equally important spiritual laws, some of which transcend the law of attraction.

These findings, our interpretation below of 13 basic spiritual laws, are the result of our extensive empirical research. Most of the 13 are directly linked to the law of attraction. We are convinced that these laws affect everyone, just as gravity affects everyone on Earth no matter what their belief in it.

Understanding and capitalizing on all of these spiritual laws will help you live your highest potential and enjoy more peace of mind, satisfaction, happiness, and joy in your life.

1. Law of higher-self/soul influence over personality: Your soul’s agenda, spanning multiple lifetimes, supercedes your personality demands if those demands contrast with your soul’s intentions. Everyone has a higher-self/soul, yet you must make an effort to get more in touch with it to receive the wisdom and guidance you seek. The information and tools in this package will help you become more in touch with yours.

2. Law of subconscious personality domination: The beliefs, fears, and defenses of your subconscious mind rule your life. The graphology tools in this package can help you learn more about your subconscious mind and its hidden beliefs, fears, and defenses.

3. Law of reincarnation: Your soul, not your personality, chooses to incarnate again and again on this planet and elsewhere to learn and love.

4. Law of predestination/personal fate/destiny: All souls choose their major predestined circumstances and events of each incarnation prior to incarnating, even though the current life personality is often not aware of those choices and even if the current life personality doesn’t believe in predestination/personal fate/destiny. No one can cheat their fate. Sometimes fate comes knocking at your door, other times you must make an effort to meet your fate. In the case of the latter, you often meet your destiny by doing or initiating that which feels most natural, for better or worse.

5. Law of karma: Everything you put out (intent, thought, action, etc.) will return to you (in this life, or more likely in a future life) even if you don’t believe in karma.

6. Law of dharma: What you must do in this life.

7. Law of projection: You see the world as you are, not as it is.

8. Law of polarity: In this world there will always be opposites such as hot and cold, peace and war, love and hate, wisdom and ignorance, and dark and light.

9. Law of intent: Your true intentions are what drives your free will. Sometimes your conscious intent differs from your unconscious intent, which can cause conflict.

10. Law of as above, so below: Patterns and considerations of comprehensive astrology and numerology charts represent life circumstances and events, they don’t “affect” you or “make things happen.”

11. Law of asking for assistance: If you want help from others, including spiritual guides, masters, and helpers in other dimensions, you must ask for it.

12. Law of universal order: The universe is ordered and far from being purely chaotic. You see the order every day in the change of seasons, the way cherry trees grow cherries and not pears, and the way planetary motions are predictable. This universal order permeates human existence and allows for accurate interpretation of personal fate through empirical methods involving comprehensive astrological and numerological charting.

13. Law of free will: Each individual has free will to take appropriate action within the confines of their destiny. However, people do what feels most appropriate, what feels right, and our findings indicate that those actions regularly match their personal fate. In other words, much of the action they take and subsequent results match their unique karmic plan (as indicated comprehensive charting methods), which supports the theory of predestination.
